1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by NEXTPROJECT BY EMG. By accessing or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Services Offered

We provide done-for-you virtual assistant services focused on international lead generation, including:

• Lead list research
• Cold email script writing
• Manual outreach
• Monthly lead generation campaigns
• CRM support and add-ons
• Cold Caller Referral (matchmaking only)

All services are productized (fixed-scope) and delivered remotely.

3. Payments

• All payments must be made in full before project delivery.
• We accept payment via PayPal, Debit or Credit Card.
• Pricing is listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in writing at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

4. Delivery & Timelines

• Standard packages are delivered within 5 business days, unless stated otherwise.
• The “Monthly Lead Machine” is excluded from the 5-day delivery guarantee and follows a monthly cycle:
  • 7 days lead scraping + outreach
  • Weekly reporting thereafter

5. Refund & Guarantee Policy

We offer a 5-Day Delivery Guarantee for fixed-price, prepaid packages:

If your order is not delivered within 5 business days and no valid delay is communicated, we will refund your full payment.

Refunds are not available for:

• Monthly Lead Machine subscriptions
• Cold Caller Referral
• Delays caused by client inaction (e.g. missing intake form)
• Services already delivered or started
• Add-ons once fulfilled

6. Cold Caller Referral Terms

The Cold Caller Referral is a one-time matchmaking service. It includes:

• Cold caller selection based on your business
• Onboarding call facilitated by our subcontractor
• Hand-off to client after initial setup

We do not:

• Manage or supervise cold callers
• Guarantee performance or communication
• Handle ongoing support for referred callers

Clients assume full responsibility post-handoff.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Submit required intake forms and information promptly
• Use lead data ethically and in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Do not resell or share leads or scripts provided
• Respect terms of use for deliverables (internal use only)

8. Confidentiality

All project-related data, leads, and business information are treated as confidential. We do not sell or share client data with third parties.

9. Legal Compliance Disclaimer

We collect only publicly available business information through legal means (e.g., LinkedIn, websites, directories).
We do not access or use private data or unethical scraping tools.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their outreach campaigns comply with all applicable laws in their region.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, scripts, and lead data provided are for your internal business use only.
Do not copy, resell, or repurpose any deliverables without permission.

11. Support & Communication

All inquiries and support requests must be submitted via our website contact form.
Response times are typically 24–48 hours on weekdays (Mon–Sun, PH time zone).

12. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published implies agreement.
